摘要
目的:探讨史托斯内窥镜结合健康教育在妇科手术中的应用效果。方法:选取80例在该院行腹腔镜全子宫切除术的患者,均分为观察组和对照组。比较两组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)自评量表评分、史托斯内窥镜手术的认知评分、满意度、术后恢复及并发症情况。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分更低,对史托斯内窥镜手术的认知评分以及满意度更高,患者术后的住院时间更短,术后并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:采用视频立体化健康教育应用于史托斯内窥镜手术,能够缓解焦虑、降低负性情绪以及患者术后并发症发生率,缩短术后恢复时间。
Objective:Toexploring the effectiveness of Storrs endoscopy in combination with health education in gynaecological surgery.Methods:80 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the hospital were selected and were divided into observation and control groups.Compare the anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)self-rating scale scores,perception scores of Storrs endoscopic surgery,satisfaction with care,post-operative recovery and complications between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the observation group had lower SAS and SDS scores,higher perception scores of the Storrs endoscopic procedure and satisfaction with care,a shorter postoperative hospital stay and a lower rate of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Video stereoscopic health education applied to the Storrs endoscopic procedure was able to reduce anxiety,negative emotions and the incidence of postoperative complications for the patient and shorten the postoperative recovery time.
