摘要
目的探讨微信视频在儿童尿道下裂围手术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取120例尿道下裂患儿,将其家属随机分成对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上加入尿道下裂微信群,将围手术期需了解和掌握的相关知识制作成微视频,指引家属观看学习,对比两组家属尿道下裂相关知识掌握、术前焦虑、依从性及护理服务满意度情况。结果观察组相关知识知晓率88.3%,对照组为61.7%;观察组护理服务满意度为90.0%,对照组为61.7%;观察组依从性得分为(27.73±6.68)分,对照组为(19.56±4.58)分;观察组术前焦虑得分为(42.1±4.3)分,对照组为(53.7±8.9)分;差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论微信视频可加强家属相关知识知晓率,减轻焦虑情绪,提高依从性和护理服务满意度,具有临床应用和推广的价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat video in perioperative health education of children with hypospadias.Methods 120 children with hypospadias were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Routine health education was carried out in the control group;and the observation group was added to the hypospadias WeChat group;the relevant knowledge to be understood and mastered during the perioperative period was made into micro-video,which was used to guide family members to watch and learn.The knowledge,preoperative anxiety,compliance,and nursing service satisfaction of hypospadias in the two groups were compared.Results The knowledge rate was 88.3%in the observation group and 61.7% in the control group.The nursing service satisfaction was 90.0% in the observation group and 61.7% in the control group.The compliance score was(27.73±6.68)in the observation group and(19.56±4.58)in the control group.The preoperative anxiety score was(42.1±4.3)in the observation group and(53.7±8.9)in the control group.There were statistical differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat video can enhance family members'awareness of relevant knowledge,reduce anxiety,and improve compliance and nursing service satisfaction,which has clinical application and promotion value.
