摘要
目的探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化延续性护理在肾病血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年4月我院收治的肾病血液透析患者76例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取医院-社区-家庭一体化延续性护理,比较两组干预前及干预后自护能力、生存质量及并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、肾病患者生存质量量表(KDQOL-SFTM1.2)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组ESCA、KDQOL-SFTM1.2评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭一体化延续性护理可提高肾病血液透析患者的自护能力及生存质量,从而减少并发症的发生。
Objective This paper aims to explore the application effect of hospital-community-family integrated continuation care in patients with renal hemodialysis.Methods A total of 76 hemodialysis patients with nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group adopts hospital-community-family integrated continuous care.The self-care ability,quality of life,and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of the self-care ability scale(ESCA)and the kidney disease patient quality of life scale(KDQOL-SFTM1.2)between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,ESCA and KDQOL in the observation group-SFTM1.2 score was higher than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital-community-family integrated continuous care can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with nephropathy,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
