摘要
目的分析基于微信管理的院外延续护理对老年糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性、生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2019年9月该院内分泌科接受治疗后达到出院标准的160例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将研究对象分为参照组和观察组,各80例。参照组接受常规出院宣教和院外电话随访的延续性护理模式,观察组在参照组基础上接受微信管理的院外延续性护理,干预时间均为8周。利用Morisky药物依从性量表(MMAS-8)与生活质量测定量表简表(CQQC)分别对两组患者干预前后的治疗依从性、生活质量进行对比分析。结果干预前,两组依从性等级、MMAS-8总分、CQQC各维度分值及总分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组依从性等级、MMAS-8总分、CQQC各维度分值及总分值均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组MMAS-8总分、CQQC各维度分值、CQQC总分值均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,干预结束后,观察组干预满意率也明显高于参照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信管理的院外延续护理模式对于老年糖尿病肾病患者的治疗依从性、生活质量的提高具有较好效果,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the impact of out-of-hospital continuing care based on WeChat management on treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods From August 2018 to September 2019,160 patients with diabetic nephropathy who met the discharge standards after receiving treatment in the endocrinology department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random nuber table method,the research objects were divided into a reference group and an observation group,with 80 cases each.The reference group received the continuation care model of routine discharge education and out-of-hospital telephone follow-up,and the observation group received the continuity nursing outside the hospital managed by WeChat on the basis of the reference group,and the intervention time was 8 weeks.The Morisky Medication Compliance Scale(MMAS-8)and the Quality of Life Measurement Scale(CQQC)were used to compare the treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups'compliance grades and MMAS-8 total scores,the two groups'CQQC dimension scores and total scores(P>0.05);after the intervention,the two groups'compliance grades and MMAS-8 total scores Score,CQQC each dimension score and total score were all higher than before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the observation group MMAS-8 total score,CQQC each dimension score,CQQC total score were all Higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,after the intervention,the intervention satisfaction rate of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the reference group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The out-of-hospital continued care model managed by WeChat has a good effect on the treatment compliance and quality of life o
