摘要
目的调查分析福建省黄胸鼠及其体表染蚤情况,为鼠疫防控提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对福建省2010—2019年黄胸鼠及其体表印鼠客蚤监测数据进行分析。结果2010—2019年黄胸鼠年均密度为1.8%,黄胸鼠占32.2%,其印鼠客蚤指数为0.6。各地区的鼠密度和染蚤指标均低于动物鼠疫Ⅳ预警值;各年监测月份黄胸鼠鼠密度0.7%~3.2%,总体上以5、6月稍高,10月稍低,黄胸鼠占18.6%~60.5%,均无明显波动;染蚤率为3.3%~40.6%,黄胸鼠印鼠客蚤指数为0.0~1.1,各年波动接近,总体上5、6月较高,9、10月较低;鼠、蚤材料检测结果均为阴性。结论福建省2010—2019年黄胸鼠鼠密度及其印鼠客蚤指数,均低于动物鼠疫Ⅳ级预警的预警值,发生动物鼠疫的风险低,但存在输入性风险,仍需提高警惕加强鼠疫防控。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status of rattus flavipectus and its parasitical fleas in Fujian for plague control and prevention.Methods The plague surveillance data of rattus flavipectus and its parasitical fleas was analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method in Fujian,2010-2019.Results The mean density of rattus flavipectus was 1.8%from 2010 to 2019.The percentage was 32.2%,and the mean xenopsylla cheopis index was 0.6.The densities and xenopsylla cheopis indexes of rattus flavipectus in different regions were underⅣprewarning value for animal plague.The density of rattus flavipectus ranged from 0.7%to 3.2%in surveillance months and was higher in May and June,lower in Oct.,and the percentage ranged from 18.6%to 60.5%and the value were stable.The rates of rattus flavipectus infected with flea ranged were from 3.3%to 40.6%,the xenopsylla cheopis index ranged from 0.0 to 1.1.The rate of rattus flavipectus infected with flea and the xenopsylla cheopis index was higher in May and June,lower in Sep.and Oct.and the rate and index were similar in different years.The detection results of the samples of rodents and fleas were negative.Conclusion The densities and xenopsylla cheopis indexes of rattus flavipectus in Fujian from 2010 to 2019 were lower than the level of IV prewarning value of the animal plague and the risk of animal plague is at a low level,but there exist an imported risk,the plague control and prevention should be strengthened in Fujian in the future.
