摘要
由于保障性住房缺乏完善的技术支撑,建造质量无法得到保障。目前仍以粗放型大量湿作业建造方式为主,生产效率低、建设周期长、材料消耗多,质量、造价难以控制,且造成资源、能源的巨大浪费。标准化与建筑体系问题仍然是阻碍我国住宅建设发展的主要问题之一,造成建筑设计难以协调,安装施工处于粗放型,成品质量无法摆脱低水平状态。项目以国际先进的绿色可持续住宅产业化建设理念,在全国首次研发实现了新型建筑支撑体与填充体建筑工业化通用体系,并系统落地了建筑主体装配和建筑内装修装配的集成技术,有效降低了环境污染,促进了环境改善,解决了污水排放、建筑垃圾、工地扬尘、施工噪声等传统施工问题,对当前我国大力推进装配式建筑和建筑产业化发展背景下的保障性住房和商品住房的建筑主体和内装产业化建设全面实施,具有重要的示范和借鉴作用。
