摘要
上海中心大厦工程采用轻钢龙骨石膏板隔墙。由于组合楼板板底凸凹不平、功能类型复杂、电梯井及机电管井较多,常规节点形式无法解决现场遇到的问题。详细介绍了在组合楼板梁板体系下,轻钢龙骨石膏板墙与压型钢板连接、与钢梁连接、井道隔墙以及隔墙表面湿贴5种特殊工况下节点优化处理措施,对提高整个隔墙系统的工程质量具有重要意义。
Steel keel gypsum board partition wall is used in Shanghai Tower project.Because of uneven bottom side of composite floor slab,complex building function types and large-quantities of elevator shafts and mechanical tube wells,general joints can't solve site problems.The joints optimizing measures are introduced under five special conditions including connection with pressure plate,steel beam,shaft wall partition wall and wet paste at wall surface.The optimization has great help for improving whole partition walls system.
