摘要
针对输电线路监测的需求和现有众多单一传感器集成化低的问题,本文基于500 kV四分裂间隔棒开展输电线路多物理量集成传感器研究,提出基于双磁阻芯片的分裂导线电流同步测量方法,采用测量取电环和监测主机分离的设计,研发了传感器的取能、硬件、软件和防护结构,实现导线侧电流、温度,输电通道侧的图像与红外图像,环境温湿度、气压等参数的监测。通过多测点抗干扰测试和挂网运行测试,验证了传感器的功能,并在南网多地示范应用,推动实现输电线路智能监测自动化、信息化、数字化的目标。
To meet the demand for transmission line monitoring and tackle the low integration problem of various single sensors,the multi-physical-quantity integration sensor for transmission lines is studied based on the 500 kV quad-bundle spacer.A doublemagnetic-chip-based bundle conductor current synchronous measurement method is proposed.By the design of separating the measuring power ring and the monitoring host,the energy acquisition,the hardware,the software and the protective structure of the sensor is developed to monitor parameters including the current and temperature on the conductor side,the image and infrared image on the transmission line side,the ambient temperature and humidity,the air pressure and so on.By the anti-interference tests at multiple measurement points and the actual operation tests in power grid,the sensor function is verified.It is demonstrated and applied in China Southern Power Grid to promote automation,informatization and digitization of intelligent monitoring of transmission lines.
