摘要
建筑工业化、智能建造、绿色建造模式是现阶段建筑行业的发展趋势。近年来,混凝土3D打印技术作为一种新型混凝土施工技术逐渐兴起,凭借其独特的智能化、自动化优势,为建筑建造提供了新的发展方式。基于国内外研究成果,论述了混凝土3D打印设备、打印材料及技术优化等方面的研究进展,并介绍了部分典型工程案例,为混凝土3D打印技术与建筑行业智能建造的共同发展提供参考,推动建筑业的数字化发展及转型升级。
Building industrialization,intelligent construction and green construction mode are the development trends of the current construction industry.Recently,the technology of 3D concrete printing(3DCP)has gradually emerged as a new type of concrete construction technology.With its unique advantages of intelligence and automation,3DCP has provided a new development method for building construction.Based on the research results at home and abroad,the research progress of concrete 3D printing equipment,printing materials,and technology optimization is discussed,and some typical engineering cases are introduced to provide reference for the joint development of concrete 3D printing technology and intelligent construction in the construction industry,and to promote the digital development and transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
