摘要
环境影响评价政策时效性强,涉及理论知识面广,相关导则、技术指南等仍在不断完善更新。近年来,全国高校“环境影响评价”课程一直面临着无教材可用的尴尬局面。文章通过对现实中环境影响评价全过程进行梳理,形成以导则为纲,指南与规范为翼,考试真题强化理解为辅的教学体系。基于“互联网+双创”教育理念,通过培养环保经理人意识的教学模式,增强对环境影响评价的深度认知及内涵延伸,以提升教学成效及学生的专技能力。
Environmental impact assessment has the characteristics of strong policy timeliness and wide range of theoretical knowledge.The relevant guidelines and technical guidelines are still being improved and updated.In recent years,the course of environmental impact assessment has been facing the embarrassing situation of no teaching materials available in universities all over the country.In this paper,the whole process of environmental impact assessment in reality was sorted out to form a teaching system with guidelines as the main part,technical guidelines and regulation as the wings,and examination questions as the reinforcement of understanding.Based on the educational concept of"business and innovation",through the teaching mode of cultivating the awareness of environmental managers,enhance the in-depth cognition and connotation extension of environmental impact assessment,so as to improve the teaching effect and students’technical ability.
