摘要
本文针对消防行业变革带来的职业岗位、人才需求、应用技术等一系列变化,开展了产教融合型育人模式研究,构建了建筑消防技术专业“四方协同、五融六化”产教融合型育人模式,将课程内容与职业标准融合、理论与实践融合、教学与生产融合、教师与技师融合、线上与线下融合,实现人才培养标准化、系统化、真实化、集团化、品牌化和开放化,以促进政府、行业、企业、学校四方协同发展。其探索与实践可为深化产教融合、加强消防专业建设、提高消防专业人才培养质量提供有益参考。
In view of a series of changes in professional posts,talent needs,application technologies and other aspects brought about by the reform of the fire protection industry,this paper has carried out research on the industry-education integrated education model,and constructed the industry-education integrated education model of"four-way cooperation,five-way integration and six-way integration"for the building fire protection technology specialty,integrating the curriculum content and professional standards,theory and practice,teaching and production,teachers and technicians,online and offline integration,Realize the standardization,systematization,authenticity,collectivization,branding and openness of talent training to promote the coordinated development of government,industry,enterprises and schools.Its exploration and practice can provide useful reference for deepening the integration of production and education,strengthening the construction of fire protection specialty,and improving the quality of fire protection professional training.
