摘要
露天煤矿粉尘已经严重制约矿山的可持续发展。以露天煤矿坑底粉尘颗粒物为研究对象,利用FLUENT数值模拟软件研究坑底粉尘的时空分布特征。并利用CFD-Post后处理软件分析模拟结果。结果表明:受露天煤矿地形影响,坑内风速呈现内低外高的特征,且具有显著的水平环流和垂直环流现象;受旋涡效应影响,坑底大部分粉尘先聚集在水平环流区域,然后在垂直环流作用下向背风侧扩散,最终跟随背风侧直流风流扩散出矿坑。建议在形成环流位置处采取降尘措施,工作人员应减少在坑底靠近排土场一侧位置的暴露时间。
Dust hazard in open-pit coal mine has severely restricted the sustainable development of the mine.FLUENT numerical simulation is used to study the temporal and spatial distribution of the dust at the bottom of the open-pit coal mine,and CFD-Post post-processing software is used to analyze the simulation results.The result shows that:affected by the topography of the open-pit coal mine,the wind speed in the pit is low inside and high outside,and has significant horizontal circulation and vertical circulation;affected by the vortex effect,most of the dust at the bottom of the pit first gathers in the horizontal circulation area,and then diffuses to the leeward side under the action of the vertical circulation,and finally diffuses out of the pit following the direct current on the leeward side.It is recommended that dust reduction measures be taken at the location where the circulation is formed,and the staff should reduce the exposure time at the side of the pit near the dump site.
