摘要
煤矿企业在发展过程中,容易出现粉尘问题,从而给人体健康带来危害,引发相关疾病。同时,也会导致机械设备磨损加剧,缩短使用寿命,甚至发生爆炸。文章根据以往工作经验,对煤矿粉尘检测内容进行总结,并从通风扫尘、喷雾降尘技术、除尘器除尘技术、空气幕隔尘技术、个体防护、泡沫除尘6个方面,阐述了常见的煤矿粉尘控制技术。
In the development process of coal mining enterprises,dust problems are prone to occur,which will harm human health and cause related diseases.At the same time,it will also cause increased wear and tear of mechanical equipment,shorten the service life,and even explode.Based on previous work experience,this article summarizes the content of coal mine dust detection,and expounds common coal mine dust control technology from six aspects:ventilation and dust removal,spray dust reduction technology,dust collector dust removal technology,air curtain dust control technology isolation technology,personal protection and foam dust removal.
