露天煤矿爆破降尘技术适用性研究

摘要 煤炭开采深度的增加及机械化程度的提高使得矿山煤尘浓度迅速增长,转向期露天煤矿基建工作量大、爆破作业频繁,选择适宜的降尘技术格外关键。基于此,对湿式降尘技术作为一种新型的除尘方式在矿山工程中的应用进行了概述,讨论了湿式降尘、水炮泥降尘、泡沫降尘等降尘原理、方法及作用,以期为相关研究应用提供参考。 The increase in coal mining depth and the improvement of mechanization level have led to a rapid increase in coal dust concentration in mines.During the transition period,the infrastructure workload of open-pit coal mines is large,and blasting operations are frequent.Therefore,selecting appropriate dust reduction technologies is particularly crucial.Based on this,the application of wet dust suppression technology as a new type of dust removal method in mine engineering is summarized,and the principles,methods and functions of wet dust suppression,water cannon mud dust suppression,foam dust suppression are discussed,in order to provide reference for related research and application.
