摘要
缺血性中风是神经科的常见病,属于中医中风范畴,为历代医家所重视,祖国医学治法众多,中医药治疗在临床上普遍得到共识,中药治疗、针刺治疗、针药并用等方法治疗缺血性中风能有效提高临床疗效及患者生活质量,本研究纵观历代医家对中风病的认识,结合文献,对缺血性中风的中医药治疗近况进行综述。
Ischemic stroke is a common disease in neurology,which belongs to the category of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine,and has been paid attention to by doctors of all ages.There are many therapeutic methods in traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has been widely accepted in clinical practice.Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture treatment and combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and the quality of life of patients.This paper reviews the understanding of stroke by doctors of past dynasties and reviews the recent situation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic stroke.
