摘要
中医中风的概念主要包括了现代医学中出血性脑卒中和缺血性脑卒中,为临床常见病多发病之一,具有很高的病死率和致残率。尉中民教授在临床治疗中风、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压病等心脑血管疾病方面积累了丰富的经验。尉中民教授以扶正祛邪为基本治则,以痰瘀阻络为基本病机,从肝肾、脾胃脏腑入手,辨证论治临床中风及中风后遗症,取得了较为满意的的疗效。文章将尉中民教授治疗中风病的经验整理如下,供广大同仁临床参考。
The concept of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine mainly includes hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke.It is one of the common clinical diseases with high mortality and disability rate.Professor WEI Zhong-min,has accumulated rich experience in the clinical treatment of stroke,coronary heart disease,hypertension and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Professor WEI Zhong-min took strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors as the basic treatment principle,phlegm and blood stasis as the basic pathogenesis,started from the liver and kidney,spleen and stomach viscera,dialectically treated clinical stroke and its sequelae,and achieved relatively satisfactory curative effect.In this paper,professor WEI Zhong-min’s experience in the treatment of stroke is summarized as follows for the clinical reference of colleagues.
