摘要
青少年动作发展水平是衡量体育教学效果的重要指标之一。目前高职院校体育教学及评价过程中,很多教师对公共体育课程教学指导纲要无从下手。本研究旨在以动作发展理论作为指导,主要通过实验法和问卷调查法,从学生的基本动作能力入手——以跑和跳为例(50米跑和立定跳远两个项目),指导教学并以此给予学生评价,研究体育教学中动作发展性评价与青少年基本运动能力之间的相关关系。被试为连云港职业技术学院学生,共80人,分实验组和对照组,每组40人(男、女各20人)。实验组教学和评价方式以跑、跳动作能力为基础引入教学,将每个项目的动作分解为5个部分,采用李克特等级法将每个分解动作划5个等级进行打分并评价;对照组采用常规教学及评价方式。一学年后将两组学生的动作水平及运动成绩做比较;同时将两组的教学及评价方式做对比研究,通过访谈从10名一线教师的角度对两种教学在操作性、体育课程的客观评价性等方面做优劣性比较。实验结果表明:(1)实验组学生在跑、跳项目的基本运动能力发展水平上较对照组学生都有显著效果提高。(2)以动作发展水平指导的教学及评价方式较常规教学及评价方式,在操作性、评价客观性等方面更被一线体育教师认可。为新一轮高职体育课程改革提供全新视角,提出意见建议。
Youth motor development is an important indicator for PE effect.In the current vocational PE teaching and evaluation,teachers are confused by public PE curriculum guideline.Through methods of experiment and questionnaire survey,this paper,guided by motor development theory,starts form the basic motor ability of students(take 50 m run and standing jump as examples)to guide the teaching,evaluate students accordingly,and study the correlation between motor development evaluation of students and youth basic exercise abilities.80 subjects from Lianyungang Technical College averagely divided into experimental group and control group(20 boys and 20 girl in each group).Running and Jumping are introduced into teaching.The motor in each sport is divided into 5 parts,and Likert Scale is used to evaluate each part in 5 grades,while the control group is evaluated with regular methods.The motor level and sport performance of the 2 groups are compared after 1 year;meanwhile,their teaching and evaluation methods are also compared.Through interview on 10 teachers,the operation and PE curriculum objective evaluation of the 2 teaching methods are compared.Results show that:1)the basic exercise ability development level of the experimental group in running and jumping are superior to the control group.2)the new teaching and evaluation method is more accepted by teachers on operation and PE curriculum objective evaluation,which offers new view and suggestions for the new round of vocational PE curriculum reform.
