摘要
我国高校工程学在发展过程中受传统教育观念和工作环境的影响,效果不尽如人意。对高校工程教学而言,深入研究相应的知识结构、人才培养目标、工程特点等要素,从制定总体教学目标、调整人才培养制度、改革传统教学方法和加强校企合作四个方面构建合理可行的创新实践能力培养体系,对我国高校工程教学质量的提高具有极其重要的意义。
During the development process,engineering science in universities and colleges has been constrained by traditional concept and working environment a lot.Therefore,it was necessary to deeply study the corresponding knowledge structure,talent training objectives and engineering characteristics,and try to establish a reasonable and feasible training system of innovative practice ability from four aspects,including formulating overall teaching objectives,adjusting personnel training system,reforming traditional teaching methods and strengthening school enterprise cooperation,so as to improve the teaching quality.
