摘要
高等院校要结合新时代社会主义发展对人才的新要求,不断探索新的人才培养模式,解决教育教学中存在的弊端,切实提高教育的效果,积极践行党的教育方针政策,充分履行自身的人才培养责任。党的二十大对教育教学的发展方向以及教育事业作出了全新部署,成为了高等院校教育改革发展的契机。因此,本文针对高等院校教育改革的瓶颈及相关问题进行分析并提出相应的解决策略,以更好抓住二十大胜利召开的契机,积极推动高等院校的教育改革。
In the new era,colleges and universities should follow the new demands for talents and explore a new cultivation mode.Meanwhile,they have to actively implement the Party’s education policies,so as to fully carry out their own responsibility for talent training.The 20th National Congress of CPC has made a new deployment for the development direction of education and teaching,which has become an opportunity for the reform and development of higher education.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the bottlenecks and related problems in the educational reform of colleges and universities and propose corresponding solutions,in order to grasp the opportunity and promote educational reform.
