摘要
从1998年以来,我国高等教育的制度环境发生了重大变化,大学在校生规模、办学策略、组织结构与发展的路径都有了新的变化。本文以H省的省属重点综合性大学为案例,从制度主义的视角分析了大学的组织目标、战略规划、组织资源、组织技术、组织结构等方面的变化,探讨了大学组织对制度环境的适应性调整与改造的问题。
Since 1998, the institutional environment of Chinese higher education has changed significantly, and the universities also have been changed in the number of students, school - running strategy, organizational structure, and developmental route. Based on a case study of H University, the present article analyses the changes in the organizational goal, strategy planning, organizational resources, organizational technology, and organizational structure of major provincial comprehensive universities, and explores how the universities adapt themselves to the changing institutional environment and reforms.
