摘要
随着全球科技的进步,企业之间的人才竞争越来越激烈。西北国有企业受地域与经济政策影响,员工流失问题日益严重。员工流失对西北国有企业造成了成本消耗、资源流出、效率下降、风评受损等影响。员工对西北国有企业的预期不佳以及基于自身硬性条件的更高需求是员工流失的直接原因,西北国有企业各方面条件吸引力缺乏加速了员工流失进程。在既定的经济发展格局之下,西北国有企业必须发挥主观能动性,精准针对自身缺陷,优化招聘制度,完善员工培训体系,建立更贴近员工需求的薪酬绩效考核制度,为员工制定合理的职业生涯规划,以减缓员工流失进程,留住优秀人才。
In the era of knowledge economy,the competition of talents among enterprises is more and more fierce.Due to the influence of regional and economic policies,the loss of employees in Northwest state-owned enterprises is becoming more and more serious.The loss of employees has caused cost consumption,resource outflow,efficiency decline,risk assessment damage and so on.The direct cause of employee turnover is the poor expectation of employees to the northwest state-owned enterprises and the higher demand based on their own hard conditions.Under the established economic development pattern,the northwest state-owned enterprises must give full play to their subjective initiative,accurately aim at their own defects,optimize the recruitment system,improve the employee training system,establish a pay performance appraisal system closer to the needs of employees,formulate a reasonable career planning for employees,slow down the process of employee turnover,and retain outstanding talents.
