"为他人作嫁衣裳"是企业培训工作的一种典型风险,让众多企业陷入员工培训的两难选择。从培训期望收益的角度出发,企业是否培训员工的决策,取决于受训员工的跳槽决策和其他企业的培训决策选择。员工跳槽率的高低是影响企业培训收益的主要因素,企业只要通过构建有效的"一个平台+两项制度+两项技术"的风险控制系统,控制员工流失风险,就可能从员工培训中实现预期收益。
he risk of trained staff turnover is a typical risk of employee training,which makes enterprises puzzle. From the perspective of expected revenue, enterprises' training decision depends on probability of staff turnover and other competitor' s training deci- sion. The probability of trained staff turnover is the main influential factor of enterprises' training revenue. It is possible for enterprises to realize expected revenues by building effective risk control system of "one platform plus two systems plus two technologies" to risk of employees turnover.
