摘要
盾构在浅覆土、小曲线、大坡度段施工,如果施工控制不当,盾构接收存在较大风险,造成地铁盾构隧道出现塌方、涌水等严重事故。基于此,以长春地铁某盾构区间隧道在浅覆土、小曲线、大坡度段接收为例,通过对试验段的参数设置进行验证,总结浅覆土、小曲线、大坡度段盾构施工控制技术,并提出了盾构接收的施工措施。
In case of shield construction in a tunnel section with shallow cover,small curve and large slope,it will threaten the shield receiving with great risks,resulting in serious accidents such as collapse or water gushing in shield metro tunnels,if the construction is not controlled properly.Taking a shield tunnel of Changchun Metro as an example,in which the shield will be received under conditions of shallow cover,small curve and large slope,the shield tunnelling parameters are selected and verified at the test section.The control techniques for shield tunnelling under conditions of shallow cover,small curve and large slope are summarized,and the construction measures for shield receiving are put forward.
