摘要
以长春地铁6号线南溪湿地站项目为背景,对装配式地铁车站施工工艺进行研究。预制块榫槽内缝隙采用压力注浆的方法填充环氧树脂浆料,衬砌环向和纵向预制块接触面设计两道凹槽,施作防水密封垫。施工作业期间,应做好防水措施,基底应做好及时排水措施,避免基底积水,浸泡预制块A、B底部防水密封封条。选用拼装台车,严格控制下部精平条精度,加强拼装质量控制,确保了装配式地铁车站的稳定性。
Taking the Nanxi wetland station project of Changchun Metro Line 6 as the background,this paper studies the construction technology of prefabricated subway station.The gap in the tenon and groove is filled with epoxy resin slurry by pressure grouting.Two grooves shall be designed on the contact surface of lining circumferential and longitudinal precast blocks and used as waterproof sealing gasket.During construction,waterproof measures shall be taken,and timely drainage measures shall be taken for the base to avoid ponding on the base and soak the waterproof sealing strips at the bottom of precast blocks A and B.The assembly machine with high assembly accuracy is selected to strictly control the precision of the lower fine strip and strengthen the assembly quality control to ensure the stability of the assembled subway station.
