摘要 目前装配式地铁车站在研究和应用规模上都处于探索和起步阶段。与装配式房建结构相比,装配式地铁车站结构在许多方面还没形成完整的标准体系和行业规范。在设计、理论、管理和施工规范等诸多方面尚处于初级阶段,现依托长春地铁6号线03标一工区南部新城西站装配式结构(7块构件组成)施工,通过对构件设计、拼装精度控制等研究,为今后地铁装配式车站施工积累宝贵经验。 Prefabricated subway stations are in their infancy both in terms of research and application scale.Compared with the above-ground assembled structure, the assembled subway station structure has not formed a series of standard systems and industry norms in many aspects. It is still in the development stage in terms of design,theory, management and construction specification. This paper introduces the prefabricated structure construction of the south Xincheng West Station of No.03 Bid No. 1 work area of Changchun Metro Line 6, from the aspects of component design, site planning, mechanical selection, assembling precision control and so on, it will accumulate valuable experience for the construction of the prefabricated station in the future.
