摘要
在大科学时代和集成创新背景下,网络型知识组织中的隐性知识流转成为常态,逐渐形成了隐性知识流转网。隐性知识流转网中存在着合作,也需要合作,知识合作贯穿于网络动态演化始终。利益分配问题对网络中持续、有效的成员合作至关重要,本文根据行为属性将成员的知识合作分为知识流转和合作创新两个方面,基于成员贡献,综合考虑各方面因素,构建了成员知识合作的利益分配机制,并通过案例证明了分配机制的有效性,为网络组织的利益分配实践提供参考和理论依据。
In the background of big science and integrated innovation, tacit knowledge flow becomes the norm in network organization, and gradually forms tacit knowledge flow network. There exists cooperation, also need for cooperation in network,Knowledge cooperation is always throughout dynamic evolution of the network. Profit allocation is essential for continuous and effective member cooperation. Members' knowledge cooperation can be divided into two aspects,knowledge transfer and cooperation innovation,according to the behavior properties. Profit allocation mechanism is built based on members contribute and considering the factors,and the case is used to prove the validity of the allocation mechanism,which can be used as the reference and theoretical basis for the profit distribution of network organization.
