档案馆服务价值共创模型探析--基于服务生态系统视角 被引量:4

摘要 服务生态系统理论是在服务主导逻辑价值共创概念上拓展而来,意味着广泛社会参与者成为资源整合者和价值共创的主体,适应档案服务社会化发展的研究。系统梳理相关文献,阐释档案馆服务模型产生基础,基于服务生态系统理论基础和档案馆服务现状,构建内外双层嵌套的档案馆服务价值共创模型,并围绕其“价值共识一价值共筑一价值共创”运行逻辑从主体激励、互动反馈、制度规范、风险防范等方面提出实现机制,以期为推动档案馆服务的高质量发展提出可行性路径。 The service ecosystem theory is expanded from the concept of service-led logic value co-creation, which means that a wide range of social participants have become resource integrators and the main body of value co-creation, which is suitable for the research on the social development of archives services.This paper systematically sorts out relevant documents, explains the basis for the generation of the archives service model, and builds a double-nested internal and external archives service value co-creation model based on the theoretical basis of the service ecosystem and the current situation of archives services, and focuses on its “value consensus-value”.The operation logic of“Co-construction-Value Co-creation”proposes a realization mechanism from the aspects of subject incentives, interactive feedback, institutional norms, risk prevention, etc.,in order to propose a feasible path for promoting the high-quality development of archives services.
