摘要
组织与组织间存在着复杂的关系,合作关系是其中的重要内容,合作平台是组织间合作到一定阶段的产物。合作平台表现为网络组织属性,具有多目标性特征,环境的影响和推动是其产生的根源,资源整合是其核心功能。从缘起分析析,合作平台是合作组织间的制度安排;从属性分析析,网络化体现为合作平台的组织本质;从功能分析析,合作平台的本质体现为聚合与屏蔽。在运行机理方面面,合作平台的创建主体具有多元性,运行则体现了多目标的统一、多要素的协同和组织间跨边界联结的功能。
There are complicated interrelations between relevant organizations, among which the cooperative relation is one of the most important one. As the consequence of the cooperation between organizations, the cooperation platform is featured by network community and multi -objectives. The influence and promotion of the environment is the root cause of the platform, and resources integration is its core function. Analyzed from the angle of originality, the cooperation platform is the regulation infrastructure between organizations; from the prospective of property, networking shows its essence of organization; from the angle of functions, it reveals the essence of combination and screening; and from the angle of operational principle, it has diversified founding entities. The operation of the cooperation platform manifests the unification of multi -targets, the coordination of multi - factors and the combination of different organizations.
