摘要
合作的基础是需求驱动,持续合作是需求互动的结果,需求是合作平台"市场性"的基础。介绍了校企合作平台案例运作情况,分析了其运作特征,指出了运作特征反映出的市场性,提出了合作平台内部市场框架、价值链、平台主体,以及平台市场性与公益性的统一。在此基础上,提出了合作平台实现信息协同、资源协同及协同创新方面的对策建议,所选研究案例可以作为同类型组织运作的关键个案。
The foundation of cooperation stems from demand and sustainable cooperation is the result of the demand interaction.Demand is the foundation of marketability of the cooperative platform.In this paper,through introducing a case study of the operation of a university-enterprise cooperation platform,it analyzes its operation characteristics and the marketability it reflects.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward the cooperation platform framework,the value chain,platform main body,the unity of the marketability and public welfare of the platform.Then,it puts forward several strategy and suggestions for cooperation platform in the coordination of information,resource and innovation.This case study is supposed to be one of the key case of the operation of similar organizations.
