摘要
在对已有成果进行回顾的基础上,基于信任和不确定性对组织间合作进行了简单的探讨。认为组织间合作是对不确定性存在的一种有效的缓冲,降低了单个组织的风险;组织间信任能够促进组织间合作,同时对组织间不确定性有缓解作用。
This paper simply discusses the cooperation between organizations based on trust and uncertainty, on the basis of retrospection the historical production . We view that cooperation between organizations is an availability in buffeting the uncertainty, at the same time, reducing the risk of single organization;trust in the organization can promotte cooperation between organizations, it can also relieve the uncertainty between organizations.
