摘要
射线装置在科学研究和实验教学中的应用日益广泛,但由于其存在辐射安全风险,因此实验室对其在科研和教学中的应用,提出了严格的工作要求。探索了虚拟仿真技术在扫描电子显微镜的安全管理和实验教学中应用,通过构建虚拟仿真的实施框架、将安全管理理念与办法落实于虚拟仿真过程中、针对扫描电子显微镜这一具体实验量身打造虚拟仿真实验,并通过对具体实验案例虚拟仿真分析强化学生对知识的理解与应用,展现了虚拟仿真技术在扫描电子显微镜管理和教学过程中的可行性和应用前景。
Ray-devices are widely used in scientific research and experimental teaching.Due to the radiation hazard existed in ray-devices,stricter rules and regulations are followed during their uses in laboratory for experiments and teaching.Herein,virtual simulation technology is used for the safety management of scanning electron 6178constructing the operational framework of virtual simulation technology,implementing related safety managements and regulations during the virtual simulation of SEM,designing the virtual simulation experiments of SEM and offering specific case studies during virtual simulation to improve students’ability to master knowledge,the feasibility and application prospects of virtual simulation technology in SEM management as well as related teaching process are presented.
