摘要
叙事医学是医学教育的重要方面,平行病历是叙事医学的一种重要临床实践。总结了在妇产科实习及规培医生中应用平行病历的体会,发现应用平行病历不仅促进医学生共情和专业知识能力的培养,提升医学生人文理念的培养,并有助于医学生职业意识的构建;同时,平行病历对改善医疗服务和医患关系也有促进作用。
Narrative medicine is an important aspect of medical education.Parallel medical records are an important clinical practice of narrative medicine.This paper summarized the experience of applying parallel medical records in gynecology and obstetrics practice and training physicians.It was found that the application of parallel medical records not only promoted the cultivation of medical students’empathy and professional knowledge ability,but also promoted the cultivation of medical students’humanistic ideas,and contributed to the construction of medical students’professional awareness.At the same time,parallel medical records can also promote the improvement of medical services and doctor-patient relationship.
