摘要
医学生职业素质教育在医学教育中占有重要地位。我国目前医学生职业素质教育存在科学体制尚未建立,培养模式方向不明;专业精神缺乏,职业定位模糊;资源投入不足等问题。以哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院为例,通过大学生第二课堂教育教学管理实践,探索医学生职业素质培养模式,认为加强医学生职业道德、人文素质、临床技能、科研创新等方面的培养,有利于培养高素质医学人才和具有良好职业精神的医务工作者。
Medical students'professional quality education occupies an important position in medical education. At present, the medical students" professional quality education has some problems such as lack of a scientific sys- tem, training mode and direction are not clear, lack of professional spirit, career orientation is also unclear, re- source invest is not enough and so forth. Taken the 2nd hospital affiliated to Harbin medical university as an exam- ple, through the college students'second classroom teaching and education, we explored the medical students'pro- fessional quality training mode, namely strengthening the training of medical students'professional ethics, the quali- ty of humanity, clinical skills, scientific research innovation, and other aspects, which helpful to cultivate the high -quality medical talents and medical workers with good professional spirits.
