摘要
为探索叙事医学在临床研究生培养中的应用,选取了临床医学研究生228名,随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组在对照组的基础上加入叙事医学教学,通过调查问卷的方式比较两组之间的差异。结果,接受叙事医学教学组的研究生,平时会用更多的时间关注叙事医学相关的内容,经常写叙事故事、平行病历,对研究生综合能力培养有帮助,能够与患者很好的沟通,患者更接受叙事医学教育组研究生的诊疗服务。因此,叙事医学教学可以提高专业学位硕士研究生人文素养,也可以提高他们的临床诊疗服务能力。建议以后的专业学位硕士研究生应该更加注重叙事能力的培养。
In order to explore the application of narrative medicine in the cultivation of clinical postgraduates,228 clinical postgraduates were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group received extra narrative medicine teaching.The differences between the two groups were compared by questionnaire.The results showed that the clinical postgraduates in experimental group paid more attention to the content related to narrative medicine,write narrative stories and parallel medical records from time to time,which fostered comprehensive ability and improves communication skills with patients.Patients were prone to treatment services offered by clinical postgraduates in experimental group.Narrative medicine education improves not only humanistic literacy,but also clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is recommended to promote narrative education in clinical postgraduates.
