摘要 蛋白质羰基化水平在很长一段时间内只是被用于评价生物有机体的氧化程度,作为衡量蛋白质氧化损伤的一种指标。然而,最新研究表明由活性氧引起的蛋白质羰基化参与了衰老、凋亡以及多种神经退行性疾病病理生理过程。 Protein carbonylation has been used as a marker of oxidative stress in the cells and as a maker of oxidative damage to proteins for a long time .However , recent studies have shown that protein carbonylation induced by free radicals actually participates the pathophysiology of aging , apoptosis and multiple neurodegenerative diseases .
