减毒百日咳杆菌对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎大鼠模型诱导的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨在不同部位加用减毒百日咳杆菌对EAE非敏感品系Wistar大鼠EAE模型诱导影响。方法 :免疫组除常规免疫外在足背皮下或腹腔注射减毒百日咳杆菌 0 .0 5ml/只 (含 5 .0× 10 10 个菌体 )。结果 :足背皮下注射百日咳组发病率为 87.5 % ,发病时间为免疫后 (10 .2 5± 1.6 7)d ,而腹腔组分别为 35 .7%和 (14 .8± 1.79)d。结论 :足背皮下注射百日咳毒素诱导EAE模型适合在国内开展。 Aim To induce EAE model in un-susceptive Wistar rats with injection of pertussis toxin in different place.Methods The EAE model is induced by injecting guinea pig CNS homogenate and Complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)intracutaneously to Wistar rats with the dose of 0.4ml per rat.In addition,5.0×10 10 pertussis was administered subcutaneously on one hind foot or intraperitoneally to each rat.Results The rats with pertussis administered subcutaneously had an attack beginning on 10.25±1.67 d p.i. and the incidence of disease was 87.5 %;while the rats with pertussis administered intraperitoneally were 14.8±1.79 d p.i.and the incidence of disease was 35.7 %.Conclusion Pertussis administered subcutaneously is more suitable to use in China.
