摘要
目的:分析三唑仑不良反应发生情况。方法:对国内近几年应用三唑仑出现的不良反应报道进行整理、归纳和分析。结果:三唑仑的不良反应类型有6种,其中药物依赖最为常见。结论:临床医师、药师及生产企业应重视三唑仑的不良反应。
Objective:In order to know the status of adverse drug reaction(ADR)of triazolam,ADRs of triazolam on chinese document were collated and analyzed.Methods:By arranging,classifying and analyzing the reports on ADRs caused by triazolam.Results:ADRs of triazolam were divided into 6 classifications,and drug dependence was the most severe and most common in all ADRs of triazolam.Conclusion:Clinical doctor and pharmacist should pay attention to ADR caused by triazolam and health and drug administration department should also intensify to manage triazolam.
