摘要
目的:观察雷火灸结合朱氏头针治疗肝郁脾虚型不寐的临床疗效。方法:将肝郁脾虚不寐患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组40例,实行雷火灸结合朱氏头针治疗;对照组40例,以中药逍遥散进行治疗。通过对比两组患者治疗前后的睡眠质量评分、焦虑量表、生活质量评分以及中医证型评分评价疗效。结果:2个疗程后,两组治疗前后比较,患者的睡眠、生活质量评分、焦虑量表以及中医症候积分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组。治疗组总有效率为85.0%(34/40),而对照组总有效率为65.0%(26/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗肝郁脾虚不寐中,雷火灸结合朱氏头针具有较好改善睡眠、生活质量、焦虑情绪以及中医症候作用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ZHU's scaple acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in treatment of insomnia due to Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency.Methods:80 patients with insomnia of Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoyao San,whereas the treatment group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion and ZHU's scaple acupunture.The scores of PSQI,SAS,WHOQOL-BREF and TCM symptoms were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups to assess efficacy.Results:After two courses of treatment,the scores of PSQI,SAS,WHOQOL-BREF and TCM symptoms were improved after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group.The total effective rate was 85.0%(34/40) in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 65.0%(26/40) in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZHU's scaple acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion has great advantages in improving sleep and life quality,release stress,and alleviate TCM symptoms in treatment of insomnia due to Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency.
