常压塔顶挥发线结盐堵塞原因分析及解决措施 被引量:2

摘要 针对某石化厂常压塔顶(常顶)油气挥发线压力增加的现象,采用红外热像仪对常顶挥发线外壁温度的分布状况进行检测,结果显示常顶挥发线顶部出口弯头处出现了结盐堵塞问题。结合常顶挥发线实际运行的工况环境,在实验室开展结盐模拟实验并分析结盐机理,发现常顶挥发线结盐堵塞主要是由于中和剂同盐酸反应生成的有机胺盐所致。根据结盐堵塞的原因提出了科学合理的解决措施,并在装置运行过程中有针对性的开展在线清洗工作,成功解决了常顶挥发线结盐堵塞问题,保障了装置安全平稳运行。 To find out the root cause of the increased pressure of the atmospheric tower's volatile line in a petrochemical plant,the outer wall temperature distribution of the atmospheric tower's volatile line was tested by infrared thermal imager. The results show that there is salt deposition in the export elbow at the overhead of atmospheric tower's volatile line. Based upon the actual operation conditions of the atmospheric tower's volatile line and the analysis of mechanisms of salt deposition by the laboratory simulation experiments,it is found out that the blocking is mainly caused by the organic amine salt produced by the reaction of neutralizer with hydrochloric acid. At last,the blocking problems of the salt deposition have been successfully solved,which has ensured the safety and smooth operation of the unit after taking effective measures and implementing the scientific reasonable solutions as well as targeted online cleaning in the process of plant operation.
