摘要
常减压装置的原料主要是原油,因此,其工艺单元内的设备很容易受到腐蚀的影响。运用能谱分析法(EDS,Energy Dispersive Spectrometer)对常压塔、换热器和常压加热炉进行分析,首先对设备进行外部宏观检查,然后使用能谱分析法分析腐蚀原因和腐蚀类型。并根据分析结果,讨论了相应的腐蚀防护策略。
The feed material for CDU VDU unit is crude oil,the equipment in this unit is easy to be corrupted.Use EDS methodology to analysis the atmospheric column,exchangers and atmospheric furnace in this unit.Firstly,check the external corrosion,and then use EDS to analysis the corrosion cause and corrosion type.According to the conclusion of analysis,some suggestions on corrosion prevention are raised.
