摘要
描述了连续重整脱丁烷塔参数波动的现象,分析发现塔顶气相流量大于一定数值后塔的操作容易紊乱。经分析确定产生冲塔的主要原因是铵盐结晶塔板堵塞,导致脱丁烷塔操作弹性变小。通过降低塔底蒸汽,减小回流,塔的操作逐渐正常,当影响生产时,可通过蒸汽蒸塔方式处理,并从源头上简要分析了避免胺盐堵塞的措施和方法。
