摘要
在“双减”政策的要求下,学校和家庭都是协助学生成长和教育的主体角色,只有家庭和学校携手共育,才能更好地促进学生的全面发展。在小学阶段,基于学生的身心特征,家校协同育人的仍然存在目标不一致,沟通不畅通的地方。基于此,本文将试图探索“双减”政策下更有效的家校协同育人的途径,以期为小学阶段的家校协同共育工作带来思考。
Under the requirements of the “double reduction” policy, schools and families are the main roles to assist students’ growth and education. Only when families and schools work together can they better promote the all-round development of students. In the primary school stage, based on the physical and mental characteristics of students, there are still inconsistencies in the goals of home-school collaborative education and communication is not smooth. Based on this, this paper will try to explore more effective ways of home-school collaborative education under the “double reduction” policy, in order to bring thinking to the work of home-school collaborative education in primary school.
