地方高校师范毕业生角色转变及对中小学教师岗位的适应

摘要 为了使师范毕业生尽快完成个人角色转变,笔者通过查阅文献资料和实地调查,根据地方高校师范毕业生群体的特点及中小学教师岗位的基本要求,对师范毕业生的岗位适应问题进行研究。结果表明:地方高校师范毕业生应明确自身的优势和不足,注重相关学科素养提升和教师教育技能培养,深入了解不同地域中小学教师岗位的要求,通过自我调适和群体调适等方式,尽快完成个人角色的转变,更好地履行中小学教师岗位赋予的职责。有国家政策的大力支持,只要地方高校切实转变教育理念,深入了解人才市场的需求动向,扎实推进师范专业人才培养方案调整,加强学科课程体系建设,强化实践应用,紧密开展校地合作,一定能够培养出更多符合时代要求的师范毕业生。 In order to help normal university graduates complete their personal role transformation as soon as possible, the authors conducted research on the job adaptation of normal university graduates based on the characteristics of local normal university graduates and the basic requirements of primary and secondary school teacher positions through literature review and field investigations. The results indicate that local normal university graduates should clarify their own strengths and weaknesses, focus on improving relevant subject literacy and teacher education skills, deeply understand the requirements for primary and secondary school teacher positions in different regions, and through self-adjustment and group adjustment, complete the transformation of personal identity and role as soon as possible, and better adapt to and fulfill the various responsibilities assigned to primary and secondary school teacher positions. With strong support from national policies, as long as local universities effectively transform their educational concepts, deeply understand the demand trends of the talent market, solidly promote the adjustment of teacher training programs, strengthen the construction of subject curriculum systems, strengthen practical applications, and carry out close cooperation between schools and localities, they will definitely be able to cultivate more teacher graduates who meet the requirements of the times.
