摘要
本文对地处华南地区的地方师范院校H师范大学2013—2019届师范类专业本科毕业生的就业数据进行了量化分析,从师范生的就业率、升学深造率、就业地域分布、从教率、不同类型学校从教率等方面进行统计和分析,尝试探析地方院校师范生在新形势下面临的就业趋势及前景,并对高校就业工作提出对策建议。
This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the employment data from 2013 to 2019 of normal graduates from H Normal University in South China,and makes statistics and analysis on the employment rate,further education rate,regional distribution of employment,teaching rate and rate of teaching in different types of schools.It tries to analyze the employment trend and prospect of normal students in local colleges under the new situation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for employment work in universities.
