“三全育人”视角下心理育人路径分析

摘要 生活节奏的加快以及社会竞争的加剧使得大学生面临更多的压力和挑战,心理健康问题逐渐凸显。根据2022年我国国民心理健康的总体状况:“青年群体、低收入群体心理健康风险较高,抑郁与焦虑风险检出高于其他群体”。由此可见,大学生心理问题已然成为整个社会关注的热点话题。“三全育人”为高校的心理健康教育提供了新的工作路径和方法。“三全育人”强调全方位关注学生的发展,需要将立德树人作为高校培养学生的根本目标。本文通过心理健康教育的案例,引出心理健康教育重要性,从而探讨心理健康教育的实施路径。 The acceleration of the pace of life and the intensification of social competition have put more pressure and challenges on college students, and their mental health problems are gradually becoming more prominent. According to the overall mental health situation of the Chinese population in 2022, “young people and low-income groups have higher mental health risks, and the risk of depression and anxiety is detected higher than other groups.” From this, it can be seen that the psychological problems of college students have become a hot topic of concern for the entire society. “Three-Whole Parenting” provides a new working path and method for mental health education in universities. “Three-Whole Parenting” emphasizes comprehensive attention to the development of students, and it is necessary to make moral education the fundamental goal of cultivating students in universities. This article introduces the importance of mental health education through case studies, and explores the implementation path of mental health education.
