摘要
目的探讨艾司奥美拉唑与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年9月该院收治的196例FD患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组98例。对照组采用艾司奥美拉唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、消化道激素指标[胃动素(MOT)与胃泌素(GAS)]、综合医院焦虑和抑郁情绪量表(HAD)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为94.90%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,研究组GAS、MOT指标均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组HAD量表中的抑郁与焦虑情绪分值均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片协同治疗FD效果可靠,能够改善患者的消化道激素水平与不良心理状况,安全性佳,适于临床推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of the combination of Esomeprazole and Flupenthidomide Melitracin tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 196 FD patients admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 98 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole,and the study group was treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone indexes[MOT and gastrin(GAS)],general hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD)scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the study group was 94.90%,higher than 83.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the GAS and MOT indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in HAD scale in the study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Esomeprazole and Flupenthidol Melitracin tablets for FD is reliable,can improve patients'digestive hormone levels and adverse psychological conditions,has good safety,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
