摘要
本研究提出了中华优秀传统文化在心理健康教育中的价值和应用方法,研究过程中采用了增设传统文化主题的课程内容、课堂讨论、实践活动等课程改革方法。经过实践观察,发现学生的心理素质、道德修养有了显著提升,同时也加深了对中华优秀传统文化的认知理解。研究结果表明,中华优秀传统文化在培养学生的积极心态、提高自我认知、促进人际交往等方面具有显著效果。
This study proposes the value and application methods of excellent traditional Chinese culture in mental health education. During the research process, curriculum reform methods such as adding traditional cultural themes, classroom discussions, and practical activities were adopted. Through practical observation, it was found that students have significantly improved their psychological and moral qualities, while also deepening their understanding of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. The research results indicate that excellent traditional Chinese culture has significant effects in cultivating students’ positive attitudes, improving self-awareness, and promoting interpersonal communication.
