摘要
中等职业学校培育的学生是我国“技能大军”的主要来源之一,其培养的人才为国家的发展做出了巨大的贡献,作为学校管理者,培养和激发中职学生的学习动力至关重要。本文以NY市高级技工学校为研究对象,使用访谈法、课堂观察法以及问卷调查法等方法进行研究,分析发现该校学生的学习动力一般且受多因素影响。不同家庭环境、学习成绩、干部经验等条件下的中职学生在学习动力上存在显著差异。最后,站在教育管理者角度从职业生涯规划、教师队伍建设、学校环境建设以及家校合作方面提出培养和激发中职学生学习动力的措施。
Students cultivated by secondary vocational schools are one of the main sources of China’s “skills army”. The talents they cultivate have made great contributions to the development of the country. As a school administrator, it is crucial to cultivate and stimulate the learning motivation of secondary vocational students. This article takes NY Advanced Technical School as the research object, using interview methods, classroom observation methods, questionnaire surveys and other methods to conduct research. The analysis finds that the learning motivation of students in this school is average and is affected by many factors. There are significant differences in learning motivation among secondary vocational students under different family environments, academic performance, cadre experience and other conditions. Finally, from the perspective of educational managers, measures to cultivate and stimulate the learning motivation of secondary vocational students are proposed from the aspects of career planning, teacher team construction, school environment construction, and home-school cooperation.
