摘要
国内职业教育现代化在新时代的目标是朝向高质量、高效率、机会公平、可持续性的方向发展。职业教育现代化作为社会现代化的有机构成部分,对推动社会高质量发展、赋能产业结构转型升级、培养大批高素质技能型人才具有重要战略意义。我国正处于职业教育现代化建设的关键时期,在发展的过程中面临着一系列挑战,基于新时代职业教育高质量发展的需求的前提下,本文分析了新时代职业教育实现高质量发展的内涵、意义以及面临的主要挑战,并提出了完善体制机制、实现产教融合,优化类型定位等改革策略,希望有助于职业教育现代化人才培养更高质量,为现代化社会的早日实现作出贡献。
The goal of the modernization of domestic vocational education in the new era is to develop in the direction of high quality, high efficiency, fair opportunity, and sustainability. As an organic part of social modernization, the modernization of vocational education has important strategic signifi-cance for promoting high-quality social development, empowering the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and cultivating a large number of high-quality skilled talents. My country is in a critical period of the modernization of vocational education and is facing a series of challenges in the process of development. Based on the premise of the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era, this paper analyzes the connotation of the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era, Significance and main challenges faced, and put forward reform strategies such as improving the system and mechanism, realizing the integration of production and education, and optimizing the type of positioning, hoping to help modern vocational education to cultivate higher quality talents and contribute to the early realization of a modern society.
