教育生态学视角下的师幼关系及其教师角色

摘要 教育生态学视角下的师幼关系是以教育教学情境为依托、以互惠共生为核心、以情感交融为保障的双主体人际关系、社会关系和心理关系。其对幼儿园教师所扮演的角色提出了新的要求:尊重幼儿生态位,与幼儿开展平等对话;调适师幼关系生态链,与幼儿进行情感交流;调整师幼关系生态模式,与幼儿共享共创知识;优化师幼关系生态环境,形成幼儿教育合力。 The teacher-child relationship in the perspective of educational ecology is a double subject interpersonal relationship, social relationship and psychological relationship based on education and teaching situation, with mutual benefit and symbiosis as the core and emotional integration as the guarantee. It puts forward new requirements for the role played by kindergarten teachers: respecting children’s ecological niche and conducting equal dialogue with children;adjusting the ecological chain of teacher child relationship, and carrying out emotional communication with children;adjusting the ecological model of teacher child relationship and sharing and creating knowledge with children;optimizing the relationship between teachers and children and the ecological environment to form a joint force of early childhood education.
